Anthony Joshua has been injured in a car crash in Nigeria that has killed two people.v

According to preliminary reports, a vehicle carrying Joshua collided with a stationary truck.

Unverified footage on social media shows Joshua in pain as he is helped out of a wrecked vehicle.

The British former world heavyweight champion is seen seated in the rear seats of the vehicle before being helped out of the wreckage by a crowd of onlookers.

Joshua, who is conscious in the footage, is seen wincing in pain.

Other clips show him in an emergency vehicle, dressed only in a pair of shorts, with reports suggesting Joshua only suffered ‘minor injuries’.
